What has now become an annual fundraiser and memorial, Cruise for Clint will this year be raising money for 2-year-old Temora Boy Patrick Wallace.
Patrick was 8-months-old when diagnosed with a 7-8cm brain tumor within the optic nerve, leaving him permanently blind and on medication for the rest of his life.
"It's something we can do to make a big difference in someones life," organiser Dave Vearing said.
Organised by the Riverina Thrashers, last year's event saw more than 200 cars and car enthusiasts drive together past the former Rowley's Automotive site to pay their respects, and this year will head to the Boat Club for a family fun day.
"It's in remembrance of a great mate we lost," Mr Vearing said.
"He would do anything for anyone, we've had so much support which just goes to show how much he was appreciated and speaks volumes about who he was.
"The whole charity aspect is also in his name - he was all about giving."

Brittany hackett is also involved with organising the event and said the charity donation was a big part.
"Each year we try and raise money for a local family or smaller cause close to home instead of a big charity or organisation, because they can often miss out," she said.
There will be a barbecue, face painting and a jumping castle for children at the Boat Club, with the vehicle convoy departing Wagga Beach at 1:15pm this Sunday, July 28.
