The 31-year wait for Darlington Point Coleambally is over after they were able to pick up the Group 20 first grade premiership after a 30-18 win over Waratahs at Solar Mad Stadium.

Roosters captain Josh Veivers said it was an unbelievable feeling to be able to hoist the trophy.
"It means that much to the community and all of the old fellas turning out," he said.
"We have thousands of fans, and we got the job done for them. We are massively supported club and to have that many people turn out on a cold, wet day is great, and we took the premiership home for them."
The Roosters were able to make a strong start with Josh Veivers kicking a penalty goal before their defence was tested by the Waratahs.
They were able to withstand that test before going up the other end and extending their lead with a try to Tony Leadbitter.
Another two tries in quick succession had the DPC side in the driver's seat with Ben Jeffery getting over after a dart from dummy half before he turned provider for Jarrad Williams who got over next to the post to make it 20-0.
Veivers thought that with the conditions, the fast start was crucial.
"The first half we were just able to dominate the middle," he said.
"We did the same last week to Wyalong, and we spoke about coming out and having a real good start and see where we were after 20 minutes, and luckily enough we were 14-0 up."
Just after half time, the Waratahs were able to give themselves a chance of getting back into the game with Pili Maiva getting over in the corner, but it was short-lived as Luke Hogan restored the Roosters advantage.
With 16 minutes remaining, Viliami Ngu gave his side a chance with a 14-point gap which was closed to just eight points with Caleb Williams getting over the line with four minutes left in the game.
The Roosters remained strong in defence before right on the final siren they secure their first premiership since 1988 with Jarrad Williams crossing in the corner making it 30-18. For his efforts, Jeffery was awarded the Barry Hails Medal, and Veivers felt it was hard to argue.
"Every quick play the ball he was out quick smart, and he scored a try and set a couple up," he said.
"You can't argue with him getting man of the match."
The Roosters also won the reserve grade title after overcoming a 10-0 half-time deficit against Leeton.
Second half tries to Trey Eldridge, Phillip Hunter and ensured a 18-10 victory.
Leeton also went down in the leaguetag grand final with a 12-6 win over Yanco-Wamoon.
It was the first time Yanco-Wamoon had qualified for a grand final.
Yenda won both the under 18s and under 16s however they needed extra-time to complete the double.
Speedster Isaiah Little proved to be the difference as he raced away to score his second try to see the Blueheelers down Darlington Point Coleambally 24-20.
They had a much more comfortable win in the under 16s, downing West Wyalong 34-10.
